Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy

 

Our goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing the highest level of service and craftsmanship. All products are manufactured by us and produced to meet our quality standards.

If you receive damaged merchandise, you must notify us within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Upon timely notification, the item will be replaced at no additional cost. If you prefer a refund, the purchase price of the item (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval. Return shipping for damaged items will be provided at no cost to the customer.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order. Requests received after this period cannot be accommodated.

All special-order items are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer delivery within the United States. International shipping is available and may be subject to additional charges.

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • United States: Approximately 10 days

  • International: Approximately 21 days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or carrier delays.
